I always used to love dance and learnt Creative, Bharatnatyam & Kathak. With a corporate desk job I gained a lot of weight and was frustrated when I could not wear short dresses. Gym has always been boring for me and then I decided to join a Zumba class. Zumba has been a fascinating workout for me, along with a good diet I reduced 15-16 kilos in less than a year. It also acted as a great stress reliever from my monotonous job. I loved it so much that I got addicted to it and today I am a licensed trainer myself.
